On October, 2000 Konfekt (Matthias Klein) , Basteroid (Sebastian Riedl) and Metope (Michael Schwanen) founded the music label “Areal”. Their productions up to this point were the main reason for this decision: no matter wether it was a solo production or a collaboration, one could always reduce their work to a common denominator. So they decided to give their music a ground to develop: the Areal. Areal-DJ Jan Eric Kaiser’s Mix brings an overview of the Areal’s first nine releases. Jan shows against all style differences, that the artists always meet themselves in an undefined way ….UNIQUE STYLED TECHNO The reasons that the non-areal track “navigator” appears in the DJ’s work are the collabration “WeltZwei” of Matthias Klein with Sender-Stable Benno Blome and the harmonic fuse in the mix at all.
